The ionic footbath, an electrolytic bath for the elimination of toxins

lisamillermassage

The Ionic Detox is a therapy for cleansing toxins from our body, a routine that should be performed periodically to maintain health.

The life and health of a human being are determined by the amount of electrons carried within the body.

A healthy person should have 80% negative electrons (anions) and 20% positive electrons (cations).

Due to air, water, and food pollution, in addition to other factors caused by the current lifestyle, we accumulate positive electrons in our bodies. Excessive accumulation of cations will become toxins.

The therapy works at electrolytic levels, carrying out a process called ionization, through which the water molecules found in the container where the feet are broken, separating them into thousands of negative ions.

By osmosis, a lot of anions (negative ions) penetrate the different membranes of the body and, when they encounter positive ions, that is, toxins attached to the different body tissues (skin, organs, etc.), the negative charge of the anions neutralizes the positive charge of the toxins or cations.

How Does It Work?

The Ionic Foot Bath promotes the activity of ions in the body.

It consists of placing your feet in a container that contains water and salt; special equipment ionizes the water and it stimulates the detoxification of the body in less than half an hour. The water becomes dark due to the toxins that are eliminated.

Through an electrolytic bath, the flow of ions from the water is controlled and transmitted to the body. This flow of ions is the necessary condition to transport electrons to the body and, consequently, for a large part of cellular communication and the neutralization of free radicals, heavy metals, and toxic substances that act as radicals.

When the positive charge of the toxins is neutralized, they are released from the tissues to which they were attached and are extracted from the body by osmosis and diffusion facilitated through the feet.

The body, recognizing the detoxification process that is taking place, cooperates by increasing metabolism, accelerating cellular activity, secreting various kinds of enzymes, and speeding up the elimination function of the different excretory organs, particularly the liver, kidneys, skin, the soles of the feet and breathing.

In addition to eliminating a large number of toxins, this therapy will give the body a large number of negative ions, which are what also makes us feel at peace, relaxed, healthy, and alert, so our body will feel lighter after the treatment, our mind will think more clearly and we will feel a greater sense of well-being.

During the electrolytic process, the water in contact with the feet usually takes on an intense color that depends on the substances excreted.

Part of this coloration is due to the compounds contained in the water. However, there will be more toxic particles in the water that have been drained from the body, which will form sticky rings, foam, clumps of substances, and other shapes of particles and colors.
